Where Do We Ship?

Beehavin’ Apiary can ship honey and bee supplies to virtually any address in the world. Live queen bees can be shipped to most reasonable destinations; however, we do not guarantee queens will arrive alive or in good condition. We do not ship packages or nucs, but we do sometimes deliver them using one of our own trucks. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Call or write with your questions.

How Much Does It Cost?

Shipping costs depend on the options you choose, the size and weight of the item, and where the order is going. The cost includes the carrier charge (typically the UPS charges), boxes, packing material, and our labor. Sometime we have to use wood pallets and we charge you for them! In some cases we can deliver the items ourselves using our truck. We charge for the fuel, wear and tear and driver’s hourly rate to and from our farm. We will give you a delivery estimate so you can determine if you want to proceed with the purchase and sale.

How Do We Ship?

We will ship by UPS, common carrier or use one of our trucks. UPS has a wide variety of services. See www.ups.com for more information, but generally most people opt for one of ground, next-day, or 2-day service. We recommend ground for those who live in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and New Hampshire since the package will arrive next day at no additional cost.

When Do We Ship?

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

RETURNS

Basic returns policy: Within 30 days of delivery, you may return any of the following purchased from Beehavin’ Apiary. Woodenware and bee supplies, honey and any other merchandise in new condition with original packaging and accessories. All returned items must be in salable condition.

Live Bee returns policy: You may not return packages, nucs or queens. It is your responsibility to inspect these items when you pick them up. You may file a freight claim with the carrier if we ship a live bee item to you and it arrives in poor condition.

Refunds: We will promptly replace your item or refund your money. Most customers use a credit card and we issue a refund to the credit card. If you gave us a check we will either return it to you if we haven’t deposited it, or we will issue our company check. If you gave us cash we will either return your cash if it hasn’t been deposited or we will issue a company check. Our pick up locations have limited cash on hand and they cannot write a check. Plan on receiving a check by mail from the main office no less than 10-days from the time of return.
